Peter A'Zary, VMD
I was raised on a small homestead farm in Central Pennsylvania near Elysburg. I attended Bloomsburg University for undergraduate, Westchester University for a masters on my way to the University of Pennsylvania for my veterinary degree. It was in veterinary school that I met my wife Lisa. After graduation, my first job was here at Chambersburg Animal Hospital. We both love animals and currently have 3 horses, 2 dogs and 10 cats. I enjoy all aspects of my job especially interacting with the pets as well as the clients. I have been very fortunate to be able to work in a field that I love.
Lisa A'Zary, VMD
I have been practicing veterinary medicine since my graduation from University of Pennsylvania in 1987. Initially, I worked at 2 local veterinary offices. I joined my husband, Peter, here at Chambersburg Animal Hospital in 2000. We are very fortunate to share our lives with 2 sweet dogs, 10 lively cats and 3 fun horses.
Tanya Miller, DVM
I joined Chambersburg Animal Hospital in 2009 as a new graduate. Originally from Maryland, I studied biology at University of South Carolina and then earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. I enjoy seeing all types of animals but especially enjoy feline and internal medicine. Outside of the Clinic, you will find me spending time with my family, friends and three adorable cats, Gecko, Epi, and Beaker. Reading is one of my favorite hobbies as well as traveling to unknown destinations, cooking and hiking. I feel very fortunate to now call Chambersburg my home and am thankful for my new family.
